Notes: As a Frost Kat her body is naturally always cold to the touch, as if her very blood were but an ice flow -- and upon any wounds she receives her blue blood almost verifies this, as her blood will freeze the moment it makes contact with air. (Which makes bloodloss nearly impossible, as wounds will freeze shut near-instantly) When she teleports she disappears in a "hush" of frost that will spread over the ground/area she was near, and she'll reappear in an area where frost will gloss over the area she appears in.
The frost covering her body is always giving off a faint cold mist, and the icy frost itself is always insanely sharp. She has the power to cause this frost to spread over her body, creating a spiked armour over her form that acts as both an offensive and defensive shell. The frost will continue to spread and recover any areas where the armour has been broken off, and sometimes the frost armour can spread onto enemies -- except in their case, it won't act like a protective covering, as the frost will end up disabling the areas of them it covers.
The frost on a Frost Kat can be melted by flames and heat, but it will always reform.
