Notes: A fully grown Raveen, but with a genetic trait that has caused his body dwarfism. His wings are fully flight-capable, and the long curved talon on each forepaw is strong enough to hold all of his weight when he's clinging to the sides of trees or rock-faces. While the talons are strong, they aren't exactly weapons, being more for holding onto things than tearing them to shreds. His back limbs end in sharp claws, and he's got a nasty bite that can cause those affected by it to immediately start hallucinating.
With his large ears he's naturally able to pick up more sound frequencies than other Raveen Kats. He can focus on faraway sounds, isolating them to track down prey or even just listen in on conversations he wouldn't otherwise be privy to.
His power to cause sound distortion allows him to either cause an echo of painful sounds in an area, or to 'negate' all sounds in an area, blanketing him and others in silence. When he's not moving his body can perfectly blend in with the shadows.
