Notes: He can Soul-read, has limited telekinesis and if wounded he heals instantly. He has black eyes like his Father, and is thus able to see in any kind of darkness perfectly. The flight feathers of his wings are made of contained fire, so if he's wounded on his feathers flames will actually leak like lava from the damaged areas until they're healed over. This makes his wings the perfect sort of defense cover against attackers; since most wouldn't be willing to burn themselves.
He was born under the Winds of Nascence, and is a Gifted blessed with the magics of Water. Normally a Nameless One would have taken him away at the first sign of his magics, when they first began to show themselves as small droplets of water upon the groun, but alas, no Nameless One has come forth yet. This has caused his magics to manifest into the physical world more - now turning the ground he touches into pools of water. He can't control it, so any ground he touches is automatically shifted to water no matter what it's properties might be.
This normally wouldn't be too much of a problem. Just that with each day the water gets a little bit colder, and a little bit deeper - and eventually that water will be too deep to touch the 'bottom'. Since it turns all ground to water, this could mean that one day he'd never have a sturdy area of land to rest his paws, and he could tire out... and potentially drown.
Adult Notes: Each day brought Kouuin'yanogotoshi closer and closer to being a victim of drowning. Each touch upon the ground causing him to fall deeper and deeper into increasingly cold water, tugging him under and leaving him without any place to rest safely. It was to the point where he could only manage to survive the power's chaotic nature for a few more days at best, when Omen - a Nameless One - found Kouuin and helped him. He took Kouuin to a pocket realm where his powers would not be the end of him; to a place where Omen was able to teach him how to control the powers the Winds of Nascence had bestowed upon him. While training he also told Kouuin of the ways of the Gifteds; on how they were usually brought up from infancy to be guardians of the balance, peacekeepers of a sort. But as no one had arrived to train his generation in the Gifted ways, Kouuin and the others (who were trained separately) would have to rely upon amulets to keep their powers in check now. Omen gave him the amulet he wears attached to tail rings; these rings are always surrounded by water, and the amulet itself is only bonded to him (it will not work for others). If it's ever taken off his powers will go chaotic again.
He has full control over his hydromancy powers, able to create/manipulate water and ice. Since reaching adulthood, he has come to possess one raveler (like the weapons his Father has) that hangs from his right ear. This raveler will only respond to his telekinesis, and cannot be used/controlled by others.
