Notes: Celestial Kats are of an Element that came into being after the Central Dimension lost it's war to the Void. They're seen as an anomaly of sorts, as without a Goddess on the throne of the Dimension, they shouldn't exist. Celestial Kats are always surrounded by a shadow aura that ripples around their body, shifting and fading like smoke as they move. This aura is harmless, but it does cause metals to turn into starlight, and organic material into golden stars, with prolonged contact. When wounded starlight will burst from the wound, and fade as it heals.
